The new office and laboratory ensemble with a mix of uses that the HEGEMANN-REINERS GRUPPE is building in the Potsdam Science Park is called QUADRATUM POTSDAM.

Initially, the buildings "Am Mühlenberg 5A and 5B" will be built. Interested parties can find out more about the future rental space at the science location in Potsdam Golm on the project's website.

Innovative office and laboratory space is planned for the Potsdam Science Park.

The "InnoLab" is designed as a technology centre and will offer over 10.3 thousand m² of office & laboratory space as well as a publicly accessible campus gastronomy.

Located directly at Golm railway station, the "InnoLab" is excellently connected to public transport. The furnishings and floor plans will be adapted to the tenants' wishes. The developer is the owner-managed Homepoint Gruppe, which has been successfully active in project development for over 17 years.
