How to find us

Once you have reached the capital region, you are almost here! The Potsdam Science Park is connected via the Golm train station and offers direct connections from/to Berlin Centre or Spandau, as well as from the international Airport Berlin-Brandenburg BER. If you’re coming from Potsdam city center however, we recommend a route through the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Park Sanssouci – designated bike path only – and along the historic Lindenallee.

By train

Traveling to the Science Park by regional train is convenient, as the Golm train station is located in the middle of the Potsdam Science Park. From there, the Golm campus of the University of Potsdam, the Fraunhofer and Max Planck Institutes and the companies in the park are within walking distance. Current timetables and connections can be found on the Deutsche Bahn website.

  • Coming from the north you can reach us with the regional trains RB 20 from Hennigsdorf and RB 21 from Berlin Gesundbrunnen or Spandau. Both trains take around 30 minutes from Berlin Central Station and only a few minutes from Potsdam Central Station.
  • Through the center: The RB 23 is our direct commuter connection to the German capital and connects the Potsdam Science Park with all central train stations in Berlin as well as with the international airport Berlin Brandenburg BER.
  • Coming from Berlin Brandenburg Airport BER on the southern axis, you can reach Potsdam Science Park via regional train RB 22 within aprox. 30 minutes. Please find further Information on the airport connections below.
