At the Potsdam Science Park we welcome up to 750 young scientists from all over the world every year. They get to know the park and the region from different perspectives, and many decide to build a long-term future in their new home. Though our Welcome Service and Career Planning Service we built strong connections to your future employees and can relate to your and their competences. We might already know your match.

There are long-term and short-term opportunities to support you in recruiting as well as building your employer brand.
Feel free to send us your concrete job offer by e-mail or tell us over a delicious coffee which specialists you need. We may have already met the right candidate for you during a career consultation.
In addition, we are always happy to hear from entrepreneurs/founders who share their professional challenges with potential employees or project partners at our workshops or at our yearly PSP Conference. This allows you and your work to be experienced up close.
