Options include individually configurable laboratory and office space and a wide range of additional services that are geared to meet the requirements and needs of young companies.

The GO:IN 2 is an innovation and start-up centre with a primary focus on the natural sciences.

In addition to laboratory and office space, tenants will also have seminar rooms and communication areas at their disposal. GO:IN 2 is aimed towards companies active in research, development and services, especially in the fields of biology, physics and chemistry. GO:IN 2 has been ready for occupancy since the 4th quarter of 2022.

The new building H-LAB in the Potsdam Science Park offers a total of 4,601 m² rental space.

The office and laboratory spaces are divisible from approx. 253 m² and can be rented from half a floor (approx. 590 m²). The offices are divisible from 250 m², the laboratory areas from 345 m². Thanks to the possibility of individual room layouts, you can implement exactly the concept that suits your company and your needs. The rooms with a clear room height of approx. 3.50 to 3.65 m are equipped with modern facilities and offer a representative company location. H-LAB has been ready for occupancy since the 1st quarter of 2022.
