High-performing and high-performance teams – BPW workshop now available as a webinar

On 30 April 2020, you will have the opportunity to learn more about working with high-performing and high-performing teams in the BPW webinar. Master trainer Betty Boden will show you how projects in diverse teams succeed better, in which development phase your team is currently and in which team role you yourself are strongest! “High-performing and high-performance teams” is a workshop within the framework of the Berlin-Brandenburg Business Plan Competition. Registration for the workshop is via the BWP website. The workshop is limited to 15 participants.

The basics for teamwork

Successful cooperation between several participants with different preferences, skills, working styles and backgrounds is of the utmost importance for a successful start-up, but often also a great challenge.

In this webinar, you will learn what challenges and benefits a diverse team brings with it and in which team role you yourself are strongest. You will learn why trust, conflict culture and accountability are essential for the work results of teams. And you will be given tools to analyze the development phase your team is in and what leadership tasks result from it.

Speaker: Betty Boden

Betty Boden is a master trainer for the team management profile and an expert in accompanying working groups to high-performance, diverse teams. To this end, it uses proven models and methods and supports teams in their self-reflection and acceptance of different ways of working.
