Insight into the planning of the new buildings at Golm station
In the immediate vicinity of Golm train station, a total of four new laboratory and office buildings will be built from autumn 2021 to summer 2024. In the development of the multi-part complex, the HEGEMANN GROUP takes into account the needs of research-based companies as well as the requirements of citizens to create an attractive new place to stay at Golm station. The entire concept will be a first building block in the development of the “Neue Mitte Golm”.
Planning is in full swing – the first two buildings will be built from autumn 2021
Construction of buildings C and D, in the northern part of the property, is scheduled to start as early as autumn 2021. For building D, the investor is already in talks with several interested parties. The adjoining building C will be built as a modern laboratory building, which will also make it possible to rent smaller units from approx. 300m². On the ground floor of the building, a conference area with areas for communication and exchange is planned. Both houses have an underground car park, which is reached via a common driveway.
In spring 2021, planning will start for buildings A and B in the direction of the train station, which are to be built from next year 2022. A mixed use is planned for Building A, which will benefit the citizens and employees of the Golm district in particular. An inviting square with a café and smaller services will be built. Various possible uses are conceivable for office and service building B, including further research companies, rental of “serviced apartments” as well as various service companies.
