From October 7 to 9, 2019, we will present the Potsdam Science Park at EXPO REAL in Munich. As Europe’s largest trade fair for real estate, EXPO REAL offers the opportunity to present the potential of Potsdam’s growing innovation location to international investors. Non-university research institutions such as Max Planck and Fraunhofer Institutes, the University of Potsdam, the Brandenburg State Archive and already more than 20 companies and start-ups are working together to create a campus of the future here in Potsdam-Golm.
Innovative environment of science, research and business
More than 12,500 people research, work and study in the fields of biotechnology, medical technology, optics, geosciences, astrophysics and gravitational physics on the more than 60-hectare site of the Potsdam Science Park. And there are more and more. All this in the countryside, embedded in Brandenburg’s diverse cultural and lake landscape – and with optimal transport connections – in just 30 minutes, the regional train takes employees and researchers from the future location to the center of Berlin or to the airport.
7 hectares of new commercial space for sale
Currently, a total of 7 hectares of new commercial space are for sale in the fully developed area of the Technology Campus within the Potsdam Science Park. The range of land available in the Technology Campus is aimed in particular at companies specialising in medical technology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical technologies and cosmetics, optics, sensor technology, materials science and polymer technologies. The areas are marketed by ProPotsdam GmbH.
At EXPO REAL, the Potsdam Science Park will present itself from October 7 to 9 together with the City of Potsdam and ProPotsdam GmbH.
