We Live Science. Newsletter #13 – Special issue on the “Open Day 2022 at the Potsdam Science Park”

Invitation: Immerse yourself in the world of innovations! Get to know our special location: On September 3, we will open the doors to visitors at the Open Day 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Two Fraunhofer Institutes, three Max Planck Institutes, the University of Potsdam with the faculties of the Golm campus, the Brandenburg State Archive, the GO:IN and GO:IN 2 innovation centres, various companies, the Fröbel Kindergarten Springfrosch, the Golm site management, investors and other contributors are working together to create an extensive and varied programme for all age groups.

At 12:00 p.m., Dr. Manja Schüle, Minister of Science, Research and Culture of the State of Brandenburg, and Bernd Rubelt, Councillor for Urban Development, Construction, Economy and Environment of the state capital Potsdam, will visit the growing science location and welcome visitors to the Fraunhofer Conference Center.

Energy from biomass, solar cells made from household materials, specially minted shopping chips made of bioplastics, homemade gold crumbs, Einstein’s universe, archives for eternity, an exciting science slam, an unsolved criminal case and much more – the multifaceted programme offers you science lectures and experiments, hands-on activities, guided tours and extensive information about studying, science and innovation. Take the opportunity for an exciting family excursion.
