The area around the Potsdam Science Park is very popular. It is green, quite and offers some amazing recreational spaces. The close by Great Zernsee and the woods around help to slow down from work. You can enjoy hiking, bike riding, swimming or kayaking at the Wublitz. Furthermore the old village auf Golm and it´s beautiful church from 1886 set you back in time, while the lively cities of Potsdam and – of course – Berlin are only a train/bus ride of about 40min away.

The Potsdam Science Park can be reached by bus or foot in a few minutes. The Apartmenthaus Kaiser Friedrich is well connected to the city-Center of Potsdam by bus (605 / 695). It offers rooms and apartments for some days or longer periods as well.

The minimum renting time is six month.
The Twenty
The Twenty consits of four buildings with micro-apartments for students and young professionals.
The apartments vary from 20 sqm to 40 sqm. The team offers an open viewing every Wednesday afternoon.

The Studentenwerk Potsdam offers housing and a wide range of social services to help students successfully complete their studies.
There are four student dormitories on the Golm campus.
