The Potsdam Science Park is the largest science park in Brandenburg. More than 12,500 people research, work and study here in the fields of biotechnology, life science, optics, astrophysics, earth and environmental sciences. This is where new solutions for the future of our society and future generations are created.
Get to know this special location in Potsdam-Golm: On September 3, 2022, we will open the doors to visitors from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Two Fraunhofer Institutes, three Max Planck Institutes, the University of Potsdam, the Brandenburg State Archive, the FRÖBEL Kindergarten Springfrosch, the Golm site management, companies and investors are working together to create a colourful day of events for guests of all ages.
Energy from biomass, self-minted shopping chips made of bioplastics, DIY gold crumbs, noise in space, archives for eternity and an unsolved criminal case – the multifaceted program offers the opportunity for an exciting family excursion with science lectures and experiments, children’s activities, site tours and extensive information about studies, science and innovation.
